Careers Week 2023
On Monday 6th March , we kicked off National Careers Week with a fantastic selection of inspirational speakers for our children. They were able to listen to talks about being a Vet, a Firefighter, working in the Royal Navy and a Legal Executive. They asked lots of questions to our speakers about their different careers, while the children listened intently. A great first day with lots more to come throughout the week. #NCW2023
Day two of National Careers Week was a fantastic inspirational visit from Miss Moran from Club Doncaster Foundation. The children listened and asked questions about Miss Moran’s sport career and heard how hard work, determination and a love for the your career really is crucial to your future aspirations. We were also lucky enough to have a video message from professional boxer and current WBO and IBO Super-Welterweight Champion Terry Harper and some of us were able to try on her belts, which were very heavy. Lots more careers sessions to look forward to this week. #NCW2023 #
